What we collect

When you request a Clinic Visibility Audit we collect the clinic name, website address, your name, your email address and — if you choose to give it — your phone number, discipline and any notes you add.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage data about how this website is used. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your details with data brokers.

Why we collect it

To prepare and send your audit, and to answer you if you reply to us. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence without you asking for one.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for as long as we may reasonably need them to answer you, and delete them on request. Email us and we will confirm in writing once it is done.

Who else sees it

Your details are transmitted through our website host and our email provider so that we can receive and reply to your message. We do not disclose your details to anyone else unless we are required to by law.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action it.
